Sales Agreement

Once we have decided on the functionality and price of your project, we will complete a Sales Agreement which is designed to protect the interests of your project, your money and my buisness!

The sales agreement will be drafted and/or modified to fit your specific project and can be signed through email, fax or postal mail. The agreement will require both of our signatures and approval before production will begin.

If you have a Larking About.com account, you can review your Sales Agreements at any time through your account hub.

Payments.

Once a Sales Agreement and estimate have been reached, 50% of the total estimate costs will be due before production will begin. The other 50% will be due after all post-production approvals and tweaks are met with your satisfaction.

Included Maintenance.

Your project will include a complimentary maintenance service for a duration to be determined, not to exceed one year. Your project will be constructed in such a way that you can maintain it yourself but this service exists to help you with little tweaks here and there. I will fix any bugs you may find, implement minor changes or add additional pages.

Any new functionality or interactivity will be billed accordingly.

Extended maintenance can be purchased after your free-period expires.
